Welcome to the Thurgood Marshall Middle School Library

Our mission is to ensure that students, staff, and school community are effective, ethical users and producers of information and ideas. This involves teaching info-tech literacy skills, nurturing a love of reading, preparing students to meet state standards, and partnering with the 21st century school community to foster lifelong learning and global citizenship.

HOPE & COPE 2020: Join college and high school students for Hope & Cope 2020, a virtual event that invites you to reflect on the impact the world-changing events of 2020 have had on your life, through storytelling and connection with others. JUNE 17 at 1pm, click HERE to register.

5.) SecURLy Parent Portal: Parent support to monitor chromebook time at home SecURLy Parent Portal. You can even download SecURLy app to your phone. 

 

6.) MyTRL: FREE eBooks, audiobooks, and videos with MyTRL. Follow along with this video on "How to use MyTRL & OverDrive".

FreedomFlix: More than 60 digital interactive units with behind the scenes look at the people, places, and events that have shaped our world. (Click on title to access resource).

  • KAMI Toolbar Tutorial: KAMI extension allows the user to upload a PDF and insert text, video, voice record, draw, highlight, and more.
